Return Policy:

Any merchandise being returned, must be returned within 15 days, and be in the original product packaging and be in good resalable condition. A copy of the original Packing Slip must be included with the return. Please call our Customer Service Dept at 1-800-556-7390 to receive an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Number. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without an RGA Number.

All returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking charge.

Your return will be processed in 3-4 business days. Freight charges are non refundable.

Damaged Goods Policy:

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please call our Customer Service Dept. within 7 days at 1-800-556-7390 to receive an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Number. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without an RGA Number. JewelryPackaging.com will pay for any related shipping charges.
